Jeff My Little Man

This is Jeff the little Jack Russell, he came to Waterford SPCA last Summer after having a bad start in life. He was later re-homed and is now enjoying a great life in the county. Here is just a little note from his new owners.

This is Jeff, my little man – who came to us in the summer, he is four now. His first four years have not been good to remember. Although he is a really brave little fella and has great trust in human nature, he will still shudder at the sight of a stick, broom or anything that remotely looks like them.He lives with 2 very large female dogs, however he does not understand his size and bosses them both about!His best friend is Billy, my husband who takes him everywhere with him. Little man is in the front seat of the car first wherever we are going. He will stay in that front seat all day and guard the car, even though he is so small that he cannot be seen. We got him a cat bell for his collar so that we could hear where he was, and now every time Billy moves to go anywhere the bell goes too!!! He goes bollistic when Billy goes up to the attic – its the only place that he cannot follow him.
We are so glad to have “little man” and life wouldn’t be the same without him and his bell !!!!!
